The Coffee Process in Pics From cherry to roasted bean Locate ripe cherries Pick ripe cherries Collect 35 kilo Collect 35 kilo Bag 35 kil Weigh bag Dump the 35 kilo in a washing tank Wash cherries Shovel cherries into the pipe as they are being washed Prep the shelling machine Shell the cherries Guide shelled beans down the line Beans flow into new tank Stomp and sing to remove any leftover shell Pick out the leftover shells and any bad beans Wash and rake the beans into another pipe Beans are separated by weight flow into three separate tanks: grade 1, 2 and 3.
